The location couldn't be better! Walking distance to all the main attractions and plenty of cafes and shops nearby. 24/7 convenience store around the corner for all your needs. the room was clean, quiet and the Wi-Fi was fast. Loved the fact that the room had a small fridge and daily cleaning service.
The room was a bit small for two people, not a lot of space to move around. Bathroom was also quite small and not very modern.

During my Thanksgiving stay, the staff members were very helpful and accommodating. They were quick to respond to my requests, like providing extra towels and comforters. The location of the hotel was also great - just a short walk away from local restaurants and grocery stores. The rooms were clean and comfortable, and the free Wi-Fi worked well.
Some of the rooms were noisy, especially those facing the main street. the photo descriptions of the rooms were not always accurate, and some amenities listed were not available.

The hotel was conveniently located near a metro station and Termini Station, making it easy to explore the city. It was also within walking distance to some attractions like Trevi Fountain. the room and bathroom were comfortable and clean, and the staff provided excellent service. the breakfast was delicious and there were also nearby amenities like a supermarket. the hotel felt secure given its location within a larger building.
There was a minor issue with the lighting in the room, with some bulbs burnt out and the automatic lights turning off rather quickly.
